Michael D. Gingerich age 59 of Colon passed away Monday, September 21, 2020 at Medilodge of Marshall.
Michael was born on July 1, 1961 in Pryor, Oklahoma, a son to Leroy Gingerich and Sue Cole.
Michael graduated from Colon High School with the class of 1979 and would live all of his adult life in the Colon area. Michael also attended the Locust Grove Mennonite Church.
Michael is survived today by his mother Sue Cole of Colon, brothers Harvey Gingerich of Sherwood and Andy Gingerich of Colon, many aunts, uncles, and cousins as well.
Michael was preceded in death by his father Leroy Gingerich.
The Gingerich family will receive friends and relatives Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 4-8 PM at the Schipper Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the visitation with private burial of ashes to take place at a later date in Locust Grove Cemetery.
