Michael L. Danberry age 63 of Sturgis, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 1, 2024 at Three Rivers Health Hospital.

Michael was born on December 29, 1960 in Sturgis, Michigan, a son to the late Ernest L. and Emma Jean (Fann) Danberry. Michael was a graduate of Colon High School with the class of 1980. He worked at Maxitrol in Colon for 47 years and was still currently employed.

On June 2, 1990, Michael married Goldie I. Bauder, in Three Rivers, Michigan.

Surviving Michael is his wife of 34 years Goldie I. Danberry of Sturgis, siblings: Jan (Richard) Whetzel of LaGrange, Ron (Darlene) Danberry of Colon, and Robert (Theresa) Danberry of Sturgis, several nieces and nephews, and his dogs Amanda and Willy.

Besides his parents Ernest and Emma Jean Danberry, Michael was preceded in death by an infant nephew Jonah.

The Danberry family will receive friends and relatives from 10 AM – 12 PM on Monday, July 8, 2024, at Firm Foundation Ministries: 651 E Main St, Centreville, MI 49032. A funeral service celebrating the life of Michael will begin at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in South Colon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be directed to the Danberry Family.
