Mary E. Houck age 82 of Sturgis passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Thurston
Woods Village.
Mary was born on April 22, 1935 to Archie and Katherine (Oswald) Robinson in Goshen, IN.
On June 14, 1953 she married the love of her life Allen Houck at the Trinity Lutheran Church where she continued to attend as a long-time member.
Mary lived and worked in the Sturgis area all of her adult life, eventually retiring from the Sturgis Hospital Records Department where she had worked for 22 years.
Mary is survived by her Husband of 65 years Allen Houck of Sturgis, Three sons; Michael (Crystal) Houck of Sturgis, Douglas Houck of Sturgis, Jack (Cammy) Houck of Sturgis. A daughter Mary Katherine Maines of Angola. 7 beloved Grandchildren and 3 beloved Great Grandchildren.
She was proceeded in death by her parents Archie and Katherine (Oswald) Houck and an infant son.
Cremation has taken place and burial will be held at a later date. The family was assisted by the Schipper Funeral Home LTD. of Colon.
