Kim Eldon Farris, born on September 14, 1953, in Coldwater, Michigan, passed away on November 6, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving mother Barb and daughter Christy at the time of his passing.

Kim is survived by his mother, Barb, and his children: Christy (Bob) Snyder of Grayling, Michigan; Kimberly Farris of Indiana; and Melissa (Ray) Leone of Louisiana. He was a proud grandfather to Andi, Blake, and Eric Snyder; Dominick, Kylee, and Carleigh Akers; and Ava Leone. Kim is also survived by his lifelong best friend and brother Jeff, his nephew Luke, his brother Jody, and his great nephew Mav.

He was preceded in death by his father, Max, and his stepfather, Fay.

Kim was a lifelong truck driver and enjoyed sharing stories from his time in the Army. He loved drinking beer and watching football with his friends. Kim will be cremated and laid to rest with his dad at a future date.
