Karl H. Engle Sr. age 84 of Colon, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at The Laurels of Coldwater.
Karl was born on June 10, 1938, in Sturgis, Michigan, a son to the late Karl and Francis (Stickney) Engle.
Karl Graduated from Burr Oak High School with the class of 1956. He then worked as a machinist and had worked for GM for 15 years.
Surviving Karl today are his children: Michelle (Bud) Town of Colon, Karl Engle Jr. of Colon, Rebecca (Brian) Shetterly of Colon, David Alber of Crystal Falls, MI, and Ricky Gould of Burr Oak, grand children: Devin Town, Arron Town, Ryan Schultz, and Eathen Schultz, 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and a nephew.
Besides his parents Karl was preceded in death by all of his siblings: Jeanne, Susie, Jim, and Mary Rose.
Following in his wish's cremation has taken place. There are no services planned at this time.
