Jarrod N. Dingman age 39 formerly of Colon passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital.Jarrod was born April 1, 1979 a son to Jerry Dingman and Nancy Kelsey.Jarrod Graduated from Indian Hills High School in Ottumwa, Iowa with the class of 1997.On September 16, 2000 Jarrod married Kylie Broker in Kalamazoo, Michigan.Jarrod lived in the Colon and Battle Creek Areas all of his adult life and worked for Farrand Flat Works in Colon for 15 years.He is survived by his wife Kylie Dingman of Battle Creek, His mother Nancy Kelsey of Union City, 2 children; Son Ethan Dingman and Daughter Isobel Dingman and a Sister Naomi Dingman of Colon.Jarrod was preceded in death by his Father Jerry Dingman, Grandparents Bill and Nina Dingman and George and Carol Hodgkinson and his Father in law William Broker.A memorial service celebrating the life of Jarrod is scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Schipper Funeral Home LTD in Colon, Michigan. The family will be meeting at Curlys in Colon following the service for a time of food and fellowship. In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made in memory of Jarrod to the American Diabetes Association.
