Dale J. Lafler age 66 of Sherwood, Michigan passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2024, at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital.

Dale was born on May 29, 1957, in Vicksburg, Michigan, a son to the late James Lafler and Theresa (Kirchenbauer) Weinberg. Dale was a graduate of Union City High School.

On April 26, 1979, Dale married his wife of 44 years, Juanita Watkins in Union City, Michigan.

Dale worked as a tool and die maker and welder at L&S Products in Coldwater for many years.

Surviving Dale today is his wife Juanita Lafler of Sherwood, sons: Brandon Joseph (Rachel) Lafler of Union City, and Michael Dean Keeton of Sherwood, grandchildren: Elizabeth, Nathan, Austin, Chelcie, and one more due to arrive soon, many great grandchildren, a sister: Rita Diamond, and a bother: Scott Lafler.

Besides his parents James and Theresa, Dale was preceded in death by his brothers: Jim and Jack Lafler.

Following in his wish's cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held to Honor Dale on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at the Athens VFW Post 5319: 120 Veterans Dr, Athens, MI 49011 beginning at 3:30 PM.
