Carolyn Ann Vickers age 73 of Colon, passed away at her home on Sunday, February 9, 2025.

Carolyn was born on August 27, 1951, in Pontiac, Michigan, a daughter to the late Dewey and Vandaray (Combs) Deaton. Carolyn was a graduate of Pontiac Northern High School with the class of 1969. She then worked many years in finance.  She was a resident of Colon for the last 5 years, previously living in: Arizona, Kentucky, and Wisconsin.

Surviving Carolyn today are her children: James (Michelle) Crawford of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Jeffery Crawford of Alpena, Michigan, and Julie Lundquist of Colon, Michigan, grandchildren: Cade Crawford, Bailie Crawford, Jacob Crawford, Davin Lundquist, great granddaughter Daisy Crawford, siblings: W. Craig (Jan) Deaton of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, Keith Deaton of Kenosha, Wisconsin, and Tricia (Mark) Phelps of Colon, and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents Dewey and Vandaray Deaton, Carolyn was preceded in death by her son Jonathon Vickers, and a granddaughter Justine Crawford.

Following in her wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on March 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Fireside Restaurant and Lounge: 2801 30th Avenue, Kenosha, Wisconsin, 53144.
