Carol Mae Kline age 88 of Bronson, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at ProMedica Coldwater Hospital.
Carol was born on August 11, 1935, in Three Rivers, Michigan, a daughter to the late Leon E. and Gladys E. (Kelly) Summers. Carol was a graduate from Bronson High School as a member of the class of 1953.
On August 13, 1953, Carol married her husband of 52 years, Andrew Ray Kline. Andrew preceded Carol in death on March 14, 2006.
Carol worked for many years before she retired from Douglas Manufacturing in Bronson, Michigan. Her hobbies included sewing, gardening, fishing, making and decorating cakes, and most especially spending time with all her grandchildren.
Surviving Carol are her children: Connie (Paul) Leeth of Sherwood, Marilyn (Todd) Mosher of Spencer, Ohio, Tony (Donna) Kline of Sturgis, son in law Bruce Snyder of Jonesville, grandchildren: Nickole Snyder, Dustin Furlong, Ben Leeth, Jesse Leeth, Melissa Jenkins, Neil Kline, Evin Kline, Kenny Kline, Ashley Butters, Reuben Burnside, Melanie Bogucki, Jeff Myer, Amy Vanbogurt and Emily Robb, many great and great great grandchildren, 2 sisters: JoAnn (Barry) Case of Coldwater, and Kathy (Jim) Decker of Burr Oak, and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents Leon and Gladys Summers, and her husband Andrew Kline, Carol was preceded in death by her daughter Lou Ann Snyder, and a son Leonard Kline.
The Kline family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Schipper Funeral Home LTD. in Colon. A funeral service celebrating Carol's life will be held at 1:00 PM following the visitation. Following in her wish's cremation will take place following the funeral service. Private interment of ashes will take place at a later date in Matteson Township Cemetery. Memories and condolences can be left for the family at Schipperfuneralhome.com.
