Andrew E. Goodsell III age 61 of Union City, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 31, 2024, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Andrew was born in Coldwater, Michigan, on July 22, 1962, a son to the late Andrew E. and Alice (Stemen) Goodsell Jr. Andrew was a graduate of Bronson High School. Andrew was a longtime resident of Bronson prior to moving to Union City several years ago.

Andrew married Laurie Jennings. Their marriage ended in divorce. Andrew then later married Lisa Harris.

Andrew proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed collecting and polishing rocks, collecting all things made of brass, and riding his victory motorcycle that he proudly rode to Alaska and back.

Surviving Andrew today are his sons: Andrew E. (Nikki) Goodsell IV of Bronson, Troy Goodsell of Bronson, daughter Jessie (Todd) Huestis of Vermont, grandchildren, Alonna, Bodhi, Cohen, Brittany, Brendon, Kay, Natalie, several great grandchildren, wife Lisa Harris, and sister Wanda Goodsell of Sherwood.

Besides his parents Andrew and Alice, Andrew was preceded in death by his brother Neil R. Goodsell.

The Goodsell family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday, June 6, 2024, from 5-7 PM at the Schipper Funeral Home LTD. in Colon. Following the visitation cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be directed to the Goodsell Family.
